This includes training, policy development, tracking metrics and coaching.There are 4 modalities I am responsible for:1. Pickup2. Delivery3. Kroger Package Services4. Scan Bag GoThe modality with the most focus is Pickup. In Pickup I am responsible for driving sales and metrics. I have worked hand in hand with advertising to do a huge push and increase customer usage of the program. The metrics I am responsible for were Sales, MPOS, In-Stock and Wait Time. Sales showed constant improvement but when Covid-19 hit we jumped to a 542% sales increase. This was most in the Kroger Enterprise by a large margin. MPOS stands for Mobile Point of Sale. It is a device that allows customers to have shorter wait times car side. When I took role we had a 42% usage and by end of physical year had improved weekly to 78%.In-Stock is a metric that represents the percent of items on a customers list we fill correctly. When I took role we had an In-Stock of 95.42% and at years end it was up to a 96.8%. Even during the Pandemic we are regularly the division for In-Stock.
