Working at Flooring America was the most important job of my career. I basically managed every client project as if I were running my own small business. I was responsible for the entire project cycle from showroom presentation, in home estimation, deposit collection, material purchasing, installation scheduling and installation management. It was a full commission job and if we failed to finish a project and collect final payment by Wednesday, we didn't get paid on Friday.
