CurrentDesignStudio is a somewhat different breed of digital agency with a non-traditional business model. We operate from modern brick and mortar agency offices in both downtown San Diego, CA and also in Tijuana, Mexico. In late 2019, we plan to open a third office in Chicago, IL to better serve our midwest and east coast clients. We currently have close to 40 employees between our two offices. We also manage our own proprietary network of freelance creative talent with over 200 vetted and reliable partners that can be activated, as needed, for larger scale projects or when highly specialized skill sets are needed.Our primary mission is to break the old school agency/client business model. We believe...... in putting passion and purposeful relationships above corporate profits.... (although some profits would be nice. ;) ... great creative work and game changing technologies should be easier to procure and more affordable, especially to worthy non-profits and companies doing sustainable social good.... that when people really love what they do, it shows in their work.... that open source and sharing platforms are the future.... that so much of this world needs a redesign and now UX design applies well beyond the Internet.We form strategic partnerships with our clients to help them achieve tangible results to some of their most complex business challenges. How do we do it? Good people, good training, agile business processes and focusing on progress rather than perfection. (Good coffee also plays a significant role...)In October of 2019 we will be celebrating our 10th year in business! We will be commemorating the event not only with the launch of our third agency office but also a new line of services that we have been slowing cooking for years. It is still top secret for now but I will say this about it: We all unanimously and fervently believe it will not only be a game changer for our business but for the industry as a whole.
