Responsible for over 200 employees and 1.5 billion in assets. The region stretched from Tampa Bay to Marco Island. All areas of the bank, including wealth management, commercial lending and the retail bank reported to Charles. He developed a strategic plan for a product line and geographic expansion and executed on both.
From 1991 to 2006, Charles was Senior Credit Officer and credit quality improved dramatically. He then ran Commercial and Residential Real Estate, expanding the volume and profitability of Residential Real Estate significantly.
