• Responsible for reporting, analytics and insights within Lending Services and the workflow of the fulfilment process of business and home lending:
• Python and SAS to automate and improve report delivery reliability including introduction of quality checks and controls
• Oracle SQL coding used as part of the ETL process to transform data into use case tables for both Tableau and Power BI
