I am a solicitor who specialises in the management of risks arising from difficult financial situations, and also in the resolution of high value investment and financial disputes.For many years I have worked on finance, banking and investment related issues. As well as having a thorough knowledge of the management of commercial disputes I have also gained experience of financial services regulatory issues, and investigations, as well as running internal reviews of processes and procedures. In recent years I have also gained knowledge of decision making in public bodies along with some expertise in judicial review actions.I have also undertaken the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (the academic element of the training necessary to become a financial adviser) to increase my understanding of the investment and wealth management environment.Although my legal experience is primarily finance-focused, during my previous private practice positions I acted in numerous disputes of different kinds.
