He is a founding member of the New Orleans Photo Alliance and has exhibited in Athens (Greece), Austin, Bucks County, Barcelona, Budapest, Chania (Crete), Fernandina Beach, Fort Collins, Glasgow, Hanoi, Hyderabad, Lafayette, London, Los Angeles, Melbourne (Australia) , Miami, New Orleans, New York, Omaha, Rome, San Diego, Scottsdale, Trieste, Portland, Venice and Wilmington. Charles' work has been recognized in international competitions and is housed within various private & museum collections. His work has been published in numerous monographs, magazines and gallery exhibition catalogues.
