Patriot Crime Defense produces a line of security products that prevent forced entry through an exterior door and windows. This is active protection that is easy to install. We currently sell retail through our website and have dealers in 9 states. The Patriot Crime Defense Door and Window Kits are a must for all residential doors and out buildings. Land Planning and Site Engineering.We dealt with property Zoning, property contracts, site design, site development and construction management of all types of projects. We put together marketing packages, financial packages, and presentation renderings. Our main specialty was residential land development including golf coarse design. Our projects ranged from 15 lots to more than 500. Some included mixed use masterplans with live, work, play themes. We also designed assisted living facilities, commercial and medical office space, self storage, industrial complexes, commercial office, and retail centers.Plan packages typically involved: zoning plans, preliminary plans, master plans, presentation drawings, construction documents, amenity packages, tree plans and irrigation and lighting.Other Specialties include: land acquisition through contract negotiation, property zoning, and land brokering. Our work also included the design and construction of large single family estates. These projects include the design and installation of walls, pools, garden structures, lakes, Koi ponds, drainage systems, tennis/sport courts, irrigation, and landscaping.

Landscape Architecture Design Build Company. Primary focus: mixed use developments, apartments, high end residential, commercial, downtown redevelopment, commercial office, and office warehouse. Special assignments: manager of 6 person design staff, maintained clients and facilitated meetings with owners-Architects- and Engineers. I was responsible for: design, construction detailing, cost estimation, project permitting, and construction management.

Primary focus: design of residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, shopping centers, office complexes, office warehouse centers. Responsibilities included: project design, production of construction documents and details, project permitting, zoning, construction observation and inspection, and all meetings with county officials and approval of all phases of construction for the owner.
