I served as a legal assistant to the Securities, Finance and Corporate Development group. My responsibilities included preparing merger and acquisition agreements, due diligence request lists, and new entity creation documents.

I participated in trial preparation, including drafting and editing memoranda, briefs, discovery requests, and other formal filings with governmental agencies, federal courts, and private arbitrators.

I taught at Patterson High School as part of Teach For America. In addition to my classroom responsibilities, I served as the Cross-Country Coach, 9th Grade Advisor, English tutor, and Co-Leader of Corps Action Team.
