- Successfully elected Saige Martin, Raleigh’s first openly LGBTQ+, first Latinx, and youngest city council member ever, beating a 2-term incumbent, whose late husband was the representative for 14 years prior, by 14.05%- Developed a campaign budget and finance plan to raise and utilize $125,000, more than any previous election in Raleigh’s District D, to ensure we expand the electorate to a new cohort of voters who previously have not actively participated in municipal politics- Established a field program to guide the strategic vision of the campaign and knock more than 7,000 doors, increasing turnout by 5.15%

- Managed the launch of the campaign for one of the top ten targeted seats in the nation bringing together a leading team of consultants to help guide the strategic vision for Carolyn’s second election campaign for Georgia’s 7th congressional district- Guided the development of the campaign’s strategy including a finance plan to raise more than $2 million and a communications plan for the primary elections to solidify Carolyn as the presumptive Democratic nominee for 2020

- Increased overall voter turnout in 2018’s midterm election for Georgia’s 7th congressional district by 13.2% over 2014’s midterm election turnout, moving an R+9 district to a 433-vote margin making it the closest congressional challenge in the nation, resulting in the retirement of the current sitting Congressmember and securing its spot as a top targeted race for the 2020 elections- Managed a joint team between the campaign staff, DNC staff, and Emily’s List staff in a recount to challenge the election through a pre-certification ballot chase and litigation to ensure every vote was being counted- Developed a field strategy to increase a first-time candidate’s name recognition by managing a team of two Field Organizers and five Field Interns to meet aggressive organizing goals to contact over 50,000 voters through direct voter contact
