Working hard is all I know and expect the same of those around me. The experience of achieving goals can be applied to all aspects of life, and it is through these experiences that I have become a better person. Within my first year of working at Anderson Communities I successfully closed 120+ leases on apartments and homes throughout the Bluegrass. I am extremely motivated and have been fortunate enough to thrive within each new field I have entered.A passionate approach to everything I do allows me to cultivate workplace culture and drive both individual and team success. With a natural ability to lead, a position was created that allows me to develop and prime new agents for the company.I am able to continue success through maintaining a healthy work/life balance and know that the skills I have primed through coaching tennis allow me to be an emphatic communicator in a wide range of situations. I currently serve as coordinator for a young adult tennis league in the Lexington area, am immediate past president of the Tennis Association of Central Kentucky, and serve as a committee member for the United States Tennis Association on the state, Southern Sectional and National levels.
