• Managed projects in construction to ensure timelines were met within the established budget, safety considerations were taken, and training objectives were completed to ensure deployment readiness of a heavily deployed.
• Worked closely with the Squadron Financial Manager to close 26 purchase requests totaling 1.4 million dollars to eliminate financial project deficiencies dating back three years and correct financial records.
• Performed well and was given additional Engineering Flight Commander duties, prepared ten 823d RED HORSE Squadron projects for future execution and helped coordinate the project portfolio and schedule for the upcoming.

• Deployed in support of operations in the Middle East. Led a 20-personnel design team including management of 4 contracted design engineers. Supported oversight and management of 96 projects and designs totaling 91.
• Performed multiple design site visits to collect necessary data and information to proceed with project designs.
• Performed Contracting Officer Representative duties on a 5.3 million dollar contract managing 4 contracted design engineers that completed in-depth designs for additional review.
• Led the design team to meet emergent mission requirements which included completing the plan and layout to establish a new expedient base from the ground up.

• Managed the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron design section, a 6-personnel team executing 5 large-scale designs. Ensured designs were completed and reviewed to transition projects into construction in a timely manner.

• Deployed in support of operations in the Middle East. Supported oversight and management of 116 projects totaling 99 million dollars and 6 project engineers within 6 countries.
• Directly led 2 critical projects, 1.4 million dollars, within Qatar to support key flying operations that would ensure future support to all forward locations.

• Managed 12 multi-craft projects totaling 19 million dollars, primarily airfield projects. Coordinated with Contractors, multiple organizations and end users to ensure smooth project execution to meet mission.

• Advised on Energy Savings Performance Contract projects, worked 10 different energy reduction projects to save the Air Force 612 thousand dollars per year.
• Managed 74 million dollar Privatized Electrical Utilities contract as the Contracting Officer Representative. Oversaw 1.5 million dollar electrical overhead to an underground conversion project as well as other key.
