I managed, strategized, and executed all of the creative content on behalf of our brand partners and clients. From content calendars and emails to video scripts and national ad campaigns, my job is to take big ideas and find ways to deliver them in a disruptive manner.Some of my roles and responsibilities include:*Drive content strategy for agency and agency partners.*Business development.*Centralize content marketing efforts across agency and agency partners by planning, tracking, executing, and measuring content to support all stages of the marketing funnel.*Build, manage, and maintain a content calendar based on how content maps to the customer lifecycle.*Use UX data and insights to develop a content strategy that promotes agency and agency partners long-term vision.*Oversee the development, design, and production of all content.*Leverage stakeholder and user insights to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated.*Use consumer analytics to determine the best way to engage users, and ensure all content maps to KPIs like brand awareness, loyalty, and lead gen.*Publish and format content across multiple CMS platforms.*Develop content according to SEO best practices.*Conduct periodic content audits.
