I have worked at SeaTrek BVI for about 14 years now. I started working as a deckhand/counselor. As a counselor I would assist in keeping 15+ students engaged in educational and recreational activities. We assisted boat captains with boat maintenance. I am now the Medical/Safety officer for our 2024 Summer camp.

We offer 11-day to three-week scuba summer camps at five different experience levels, Trek 1 – Trek 5. It’s not just scuba diving and sailing instruction, though. Our naturalists and marine biologists will introduce students to the tropical ecology and wildlife of the islands and their surrounding reefs. Our marine science program provides an exciting variety of interactive, hands-on marine biology activities. Students can also choose from many exciting community service opportunities and academic credit options. The islands also offer other activities to students during their shore time. Students can swim, play games on the beach or relax in the sun. We also have stand-up paddleboards, wakeboards, kneeboards, and kayaks for those looking for a little more excitement.

I have been an EMT at Franklin County for 4 years and now a Paramedic for over 2 years. My job duties include but are not limited to:
- Responding to dispatched emergency assignments quickly and safely.
- Assessing patient conditions through physical and verbal exams and by collecting information from others at the scene.
- Interpreting limited histories and physical examinations to identify potential underlying critical issues.
- Monitoring patients for changes, and reviewed and revised plans accordingly.
- Keeping vehicles ready for emergencies by cleaning them and keeping medical supplies stocked.

At access Physical Therapy and Wellness I held the position of a Physical Therapist Aide. To hold the position Charles had to be certified in CPR and first aid for pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Charles was also asked to take a basic body mechanics course and obtain a certification in Oxygen administration. The duties at Access Physical Therapy I performed were but not limited to: - Keeping the clinic clean
- sanitizing objects after patient use,
- answering phones,
- booking appointments - filling charts
- aiding therapists in patient treatments
- doing laundry.
