Serves as a high-level technical resource in business application and data management matters associated with the selection and application of automation to positively impact the organization, operating, and technology strategies for Facilities Services (FS). Leads complex information technology projects and ensures the success of enterprise-level application rollouts. Leads the collaborative process of conducting business reviews by analyzing user requirements, documenting current systems, and gathering technical and business requirements from internal and external sources to determine system configuration and customization. Interacts with IT staff members and FS administrators to address a variety of project-related matters such as staffing, cost, scheduling, etc. Analyzes proposed and actual projects in terms of the potential benefits of using information systems.
