I STRETCH THE COMFORT ZONE, SO THAT OTHERS CAN MOVE THE NEEDLE. For over a decade, I pushed limits and overcome obstacles to attain the goals I set out to achieve . As a US Navy SEAL, I carried myself throughout all endeavors with humility, perseverance, and a never quit attitude that has proven both essential and infectious.Throughout my career, I had the privilege & honor of working with numerous international Special Operations teams worldwide while providing training curriculum, mentorship, and team-building fundamentals across the full spectrum of these elite warriors, inclusive of their senior-most leadership. Although I wore many hats throughout my military career, I am most passionate about the role which has always come most naturally to me: Being a leader and a mentor. I thrive most while helping others to accelerate their growth & unlock their fullest potential, both personally and professionally. I take incredible pride in watching others push past their comfort zones to reach new heights that previously seemed impossible or insurmountable. I feel strongly that valuing the opinions of the team as much as the thoughts of an individual creates an environment primed for progress and potential. I treat every obstacle as an opportunity for growth and betterment, and invite others to share this perspective and follow suit. The only constant in life is change, and if we are not flexible, adapting, or willing to consistently reevaluate our techniques, we will miss the mark!Favorite quote:"Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile" - Albert Einstein
