An extensive international presence is an important asset, contributing a considerable amount of collective expertise in cash.► SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES- Developing trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients primarily throughout parts of our North Carolina (Charlotte and Ashville) and all of our South Carolina regions. - Travel throughout region to meet regularly with clients to serve as the face of the company and build long lasting relationships- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Championing the customer/client at all levels and providing effective representation of the customer- Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives - Identify, target, and acquire new profitable business though networking and technology tools- Serve as the internal link between customer and internal teams - Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customer in a timely and efficient manner - Resolve any issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust- Feeding back all suggestions for improvements and market researching to coworkers and senior level staff
