Leading a team of 63 direct reports, I ensured all P&L metrics are met or exceeded across multiple locations.Key Achievements: • Successfully renovated seven stores, relocated one, and integrated one acquisition into the Rexall family. • Consistently recognized for meeting or exceeding operational, sales, and loyalty metrics. • Managed and expanded a unique business within Rexall: Home Health Care and Mobility, which includes both retail and rental components and features large contracts with the LHIN.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities as a District Leader, I was entrusted to support Rexall as the Store Operations Lead on critical strategic initiatives. Notably, I played a key role in the successful deployment of the Automatic Replenishment program, serving as the Operations Lead for this transformative project.By combining operational excellence with a strategic mindset, I drive innovation, business growth, and exceptional performance across all areas of responsibility.

Key member of the leadership team responsible for executing the Rexall Foundational Reset. Foundational Reset was a major strategic program launched nationwide within Rexall. Programs included: rebranding, associate training, store reline and more.Was responsible for hiring and training a field team of managers to train updated workflow processes both in Front Shop and Pharmacy.

Successfully developed, communicated, key front shop programs to total store network. Work also included the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, SOPs (many of which are still used by the Company today), weekly leadership briefings, special projects and field visits. Primary responsibility is to ensure Front Store team is providing outstanding customer service as well as a great merchandise presentation.Partnering with Pharmacy Manager to ensure all patients are receiving excellent care.

Responsible for the overall sales and merchandise presentation of a top volume location while assisting in the opening of four new Big Lots stores.Successfully closed the Cambridge location, achieving maximum Bonus potential once the decision to close all Big Lots Stores was made.
