Engineering Department (Onshore and Offshore projects)Primarily responsible for providing project management consulting services to various clients while working from PCS’s office or at the client’s facility. Directly represent the client during project planning, negotiations, selection of contractors as well as management of construction activities. Liaison with key stack holders and internal customers, Execute projects from conception to completion in accordance with clients Stage Gate / Phase Development approval process; Develop and secured approval of DSP, PIF, Haz-Op and Safety documents and other critical tasks related to attaining internal approval of projects. Assemble and lead teams of engineering techs, design engineers, cost control personnel, drafting and administrative assistance to successfully complete project objectives. Assist estimators with Timberline cost estimates, developed project schedules with Microsoft Projects, development of RFQ documents, Analyze bid packages to determine best suited contractor. Consult with subject matter experts such as FERC, environmental, safety and waste management experts for input where applicable; Develop work scope documents and assemble and manage construction team support and inspection services. Publish monthly reports including cost forecast vs. actual vs. estimate, construction summary reports, project status reports, Manage construction document closeout book.

Project Engineer:Supervise and coordinate numerous aspects of the construction and installation of offshore platforms and pipelines. Modeled detailed offshore construction procedures with strict adherence to company policies and guidelines. Facilitate meetings with Customers, Marine Operations, Vessel Superintendents, Fabrication, and Engineering to ensure that client objectives were accomplished. Support offshore installation of projects and monitored/report daily progress. Select and manage vendors and subcontractors based on cost, availability and work history. Recognize risks and opportunities. Evaluate construction materials specifications and procure equipment and material in compliance with company and client requirements. Assist with barge rig-up of special projects related to pipelay, platform/SPAR installation and platform repair. Prepare stowage sketches and monitored offshore load-outs activities. Perform calculations to determine proper sizing of lift rigging. Coordinate the fabrication and assembly of installation aids for offshore projects. Document lessons learned. Ensure comprehensive archives of project documents after conclusion of projects.
