Researched drivers of future customer behavior and disruptive next-generation services in the financial space.Projects:*CitiGold AppDeveloped brand voice and copy for the new Citigold mobile app: a radically simple, more connected customer experience that features facial recognition, trading, portfolio management and click-to-call access to financial advisors. I developed app copy for money movement, investment, upgrade, enrollment and Citigold onboarding screens. *Citi API Developer HubDeveloped brand voice and copy for the launch of the Citi API Developer Hub, the open-banking initiative that unbundles access to Citi services to developers around the world. I developed web copy, technical documentation and support emails. *Citi BotI helped develop brand voice guidelines for Citi Bot, a new skill for Amazon Echo. Citi customers can check their balance and most recent transactions. (Developed in collaboration with the Citi Innovation Lab.)

Teamed with editorial and cultural program managers to create marketing content for nycgo.com. Developed experiential platforms with brand partners Sony Pictures, Syfy and the National Geographic Channel.
