• I advised the Medical Defence Union on its strategic alliances to provide professional indemnity insurance to the MDU's members.
• I acted for listed brewer and hotelier Fuller, Smith & Turner p.l.c. on the acquisition of a portfolio of London gastro pubs.
• I advised on the formation of a new private equity fund set up to invest in private UK companies requiring capital for expansion and development, particularly small to medium sized enterprises.
