I am Charles Warne and I am a District Manager for Medtronic. Having been in the Medical Device industry since my graduation from college, I know what it takes to be successful. I strongly believe in competition and how it motivates those that thrive off of it. I simply cannot function without it. While I appreciate the many approaches people have to selling, I thrive when competition is at its best. Having played College Soccer for UC Davis, along with being twice a Team Captain and Team MVP, I have carried that success into my professional life. I always have felt that I was an established leader and want nothing more than to lead individuals and medical sales professionals. LDR Spine and Globus Medical both allowed me to expand my leadership role in a larger capacity, for which I am beyond thankful. Managing people is my passion. I am using this passion to drive and motivate my Medtronic team. My leadership experience at both LDR and Globus Medical prepared me for the District Manager role with Medtronic. It gives me great pride to represent Medtronic. I am beyond grateful to work alongside my current sales team and surgeon customers on a daily basis.
