Managed all sales and customer solutions at Lineage Logistics PFS, in Lithia Springs Georgia (formerly Preferred Freezer Services of Atlanta West). Shared P&L responsibilities with GM partner for the facility. Partnering with food manufacturers and distributors to create nimble supply chain enhancements while delivering inventory visibility, and quality control. Developing customer supply networks providing benefits such as: lower less-than-load lanes in the vertical market, faster resupply time allowing for lower on-hand inventory, collaboration on problematic freight challenges and pinpoint solution evaluation across the entire supply chain.

Southeastern United States

Prospected, marketed and sold authentic grass fed beef imported from Uruguay. Managed the entire vertical of a newly formed food service arm within Verde Farms by targeting the culinary teams of multi-unit chains throughout the southeastern United States. Developed corresponding relationships with food service distributors by introducing category managers, buyers, and corporate chefs to Verde Farms beef. Customer facing functions included introduction, product identification, arranging samples, cooking product at cutting, providing pricing rationale, and subsequent follow up. Internal facing functions included weekly reporting, quarterly forecasting, internal customer power point to advocate for customer needs. Also provided thought leadership and analysis in recognizing product offering gaps in foodservice tiers that eventually lead to the formation of a foodservice driven, non-organic, 100% grass fed tier.
