We stay focused on making customers successful with end-to-end value creation scenarios and shipping customer asks with great velocity. This is born from of a sense of urgency and a duty to delight our customers:- Grew Power BI Dataflows (no-code, AI infused data prep) to 1M + MAU, increased NPS by double digits, and added several public reference customers during my time leading product- Launched Power BI's entry into the data warehousing market with Datamarts (no-code, AI infused, serverless warehouse and semantic model). This was the industry’s first data warehousing and semantic layer that could be done 100% self service, fully no code, and completely SaaS - fueled by PLG.- Shipped the Lakehouse SQL and Data Warehouse experiences in Microsoft Fabric, a new SaaS offering, building on momentum from Datamarts to simplify Azure Data’s analytics experiences. My teams deliver the citizen/pro developer user experiences, 1st and 3rd party tooling, CI/CD, reading open table formats, Database Modeling, built-in Semantic Modeling, DirectLake integration with Power BI, and CRUD APIs. - Released Mirroring in Microsoft Fabric, enabling secure access and management of databases or warehouses, near real time data replication, and frictionless, simplified warehousing, analytics, and AI experiences- Introduced Copilot (AI) for pro and citizen developers, including autocompletions, NL2SQL, quick actions, and autonomous interactions- Leading the Warehouse Migration Assistant efforts which deliver an AI powered, seamless migration to the Fabric Warehouse- Incubating other novel ways to empower the business user, analyst, and SQL developer- Growing, encouraging, challenging, and mentoring the next generation of Fabrjc product management leaders
