As a neurodivergent I have been very welcomed by Creased Puddle to help, amongst other great people, on the Neuro-Vision project. My role is to share my lived experiences of my conditions, to further enhance the training delivered by Creased Puddle. This is a freelance associate role.

Specialising in toddlers, I photographed children in outdoor locations including beaches (my favourite), wheat fields, parks and many other locations. I really enjoyed the creative process as well as building relationships with the families.

Assessment of an insured’s claims history prior to the renewal of the contract and chose, within set parameters, to increase or decrease terms of said renewal. Communication was either with the broker (insured’s bank) or with the fraud team. When a decision was made on how to proceed a letter was issued to the insured.Based upon 20 renewal files per day this meant for Aviva and the broker approximately 4,700 underwriting decisions were made during my employment.

First point of call for a household insurance claimant in distress so a positive attitude was required and to alleviate any concerns the claimant may have, helping the customer relax and feel more positive about the situation. Based upon approximately 21 claims per day, in my employment I processed approximately 15,000 household claims.Once the data was inputted into the system relevant departments were made aware of the claim, such as where an insured had an emergency in progress, including unsecured premises or leaking pipework, so that they may efficiently act as required for the insured and reduce the risk or cost of the total claim.

As the manufacturer of contract carpet tiles, contractors and architects would require samples of the goods or a shade card. I was relied upon to liaise via incoming and outgoing telephone calls with those who sold on our behalf to despatch the samples and provide them additional marketing literature. I dealt directly with our sales teams and those of contractors and architects to ensure they were adequately stocked at all times.
