· Introduced and Managing an in-house ERP as per the business requirements.· Update the day to day operations in ERP in close liaison with the Team.· Updating the freight, landed costs and Selling prices in ERP after the arrival of the shipments.· Manage the total stock holdings and its movements with the Operations Team and update in ERP.· Lead in surprise stock checks and Conducting Stock Counts and updating the same in ERP.· Liaising with the Suppliers and arrangement for the shipments with forwarders.· Weekly reporting of Stocks status and ageing to the Board of Directors.· Manage the pricing change in ERP and liaising with the Finance Team.· Liaise with the offshore team on ERP updates.· Coordinating with Auditors for all the queries related to Inventory.. Oversee efficient receipt, storage, fulfillment, and distribution of inventory.

• Managing an inventory of 12,000MT for Frozen Food Division and 400MT for Dry and Chilled Division.• Planning and Monitoring the daily replenishment report to ensure adequate supply chain.• Coordinating with the clearance team for the release of stock from Port and for Municipality releases• Monitoring the stock levels of Value added activities and SAP system updates• Handling of Cross Border shipments from start to finish .• Monitoring and reporting of monthly KPI of the team.• Liaise with the Regional team on monthly Inventory closures.• Coordinating with Third Party Logistics- Warehouse and Fleet.
