Oversees staff of 13 full-time tourism professionals, who market Fargo, Moorhead & West Fargo to individual tourists and group tours, as well as conventions and conferences.

Managed combined operations of NBC & CBS Affiliates in Fargo, ND, Nielsen Market #115. Oversaw integration of two stations into one operation, including development of one news brand across both stations and a combined website, and the creation of one sales department. Also oversaw the two stations' adoption of social networking as a tool for interaction with the local news audience, and as another method of station promotion. Managed the build-out of digital, high-definition signals for both stations, as well as the transition from analog to digital in 2009.

Taught one journalism or broadcast news class each semester for 17 years.
