My main role within this job role is to serve customers, however I am also responsible for:- Safe and legal paperwork, to ensure my department is running safely every day, to raise issues, and to create new ways of working safely.- Merchandising. I rearrange the department to bring a better customer experience, making it easier for customers to find items, and to remove poor selling stock.- I am also responsible for leading the department when the manager and/or the team leader is on holiday.

My role within the RAF encompassed server maintenance, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, intranet administrator, and a CommCen operator. My main role was as a server technician which included user administration, e-mail, back-up, anti-virus, and storage server administration for approximately 5000 users.
