Main Responsibilities•Perform scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on utility equipment.•Diagnose faults and undertake utilities equipment repairs at the facility•Record equipment history on engineering computer system and complete quality system documentation as required.•Provide detailed handovers to Engineering colleagues.•Ensure procedures, Health and Safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are followed at all times to maintain compliance.•Manage contractors to strict health and safety policies and site procedures.•Carry out Process improvements on own initiative, or as part of a Team, support efforts to improve equipment reliability.•Keep abreast of the current regulatory requirements within your area of expertise.•Utilities specific experience (Boilers, chillers, HVAC, Water systems, Compressors, BMS, Refrigeration equipment).

* Carried out team leader role on numerous occasions, taking new engineers and out of trade engineers on task to complete work on schedule and to give on the job training to those who needed.* Carried out servicing, fault finding and other non-scheduled repair work in a variety of environments and conditions, to enable safe and effective operation on busy flight lines.* Carried out scheduled and non scheduled maintenance on aircraft in both flight line and hangar engineering environments to maintain serviceability across the fleet.* Performed deep periodic servicing as part of a small rectification team, including the application of Modifications, Updating works and Equipment for trial purposes.* Carried out in depth fault diagnosis, corrective and emergent maintenance tasks and functional tests on a wide range of systems, including Hydraulic, Environmental Control, Gaseous and Liquid Oxygen, Fuel, Propeller Control and Gas Turbine Engines.* Carried out various working at height tasks using high lift and fall arrest equipment.* Trained in the use of various test and measuring equipment and specialist tools.
