Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College and is an ROTC alumni of St. John’s University. An active member of his community, Charles is proud to support Mahi Shriners by providing information about the philanthropic efforts of Shriners Hospitals for Children through various speaking engagements. He’s also been vice chairman and committee member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum since 2015 and is a current life member of the American Legion. Furthermore, Charles served as chairman and member of the Grand Lodge of Florida Free and Accepted Masons Endowments and Investments Committee from 2005 to 2013.
