Schedules and maintains the programs training resources. Responsible for ensuring the programs training resources are properly configured and prepared to support training events ranging from local to national level full scale training exercises. Develops, creates and enforces administrative and personnel policies & procedures which include the squadrons mentoring, awards & decorations, employee performance management. Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with key staff and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
