Serves as single point of contact for Client to coordinate internal and external engineering resources with Site Engineering.• Coordinates on a routine basis with KBR home office engineering and project controls disciplines in support of small and large capital projects• Ensures excellence in alignment to process safety management (PSM), environmental, health & safety (EH&S), mechanical integrity and quality assurance (MIQA), export controls and trade secrets principles, and other core value standards, processes, and procedures.• Serves as the owner’s lead project engineer to ensure necessary engineering processes are followed, leveraging highly with engineering and construction management contractors.

Forged a new direction and strategy for policy development and implementation for BWC’s sole commercial renewable energy project in the US. Accountabilities included both administration of the existing facility, NERC CIP, consisting of two units, and the design / build phases of three new units being added to the existing facility footprint. Span of control met through eight senior managers and in excess of 200 technical / skilled crafts staff, financial staff, EHS (HSE) staff, human resources staff, and engineering staff - both company and contract engineers.  Directed contractual activities and relations between union and non-union employee groups.  Accountable for P&L, and project deliverables on the new construction side, demonstrating a very hands-on style of leadership and management. Existing facility razed and refurbished at 250M USD and new construction facility valued at 950M USD. Specialized activities and projects included leading an effort to design, configure, validate, install and test a new EMERSON Ovation distributed control system (DCS). All engineering documentation from logic modifications to setpoint / operating parameter changes and evaluation for effects on component, system, and facility response fully developed in a design control protocol that served to make updates and training on DCS status and changes more effective for operations staff.
