Formed a new EMEA Consumer Merchandising organisation responsible for multi-channel merchandising and then took on the additional responsibility of all EMEA Consumer Marketing activities. Included leading a team of 40 marketing professionals located across the EMEA regionKey achievements included:• Defined and implemented a new merchandising organisation and associated processes (which was recognised as best of breed and used as the standard for global roll-out)• Launched transformational marketing programs in several EMEA markets e.g. coordinated online and offline campaigns and the first European Outdoor Campaign• Led the gathering, distillation and utilization of market intelligence to drive business growth and profitability
