I work as a Quality control supervisor to ensure my team supports the manufacturing production team with all necessary testing of our product. I co ordinate a lot of our daily staff tasks to ensure all equipment maintenance, testing and housekeeping tasks are completed. I am the go to person in the Quality control department in the absence of my manager. I complete a lot of training for my team and one on one meetings to ensure department goals are met collectively. I also spend a lot of time managing our consumables stock to ensure we are always able to complete a batch production without interruption. I also write and review a lot of reports and standard operating procedures to ensure we are maintaining a top quality service. I am passionate about health and safety and am a fire warden and first aider for my team.
