Led a cabin of 15 children ranging from ages 12-13, promoting and emphasizing campers' physical and mental well-being. Created a safe and positive environment for campers while also acting as a leader in the section for new and younger staff. Participated in an 8-week leadership training program to bridge the transition between camper and staff. Learned all aspects of being a staff member for all ages at camp with an emphasis on outdoor education, dynamic problem solving, and staff communication.

Led a group of 20 swimmers ranging from ages 11-13, developing swimmers’ technical skills to improve their performance. Created training programs and provided constructive feedback to facilitate swimmers’ progress.
