I managed Women's Aid's programme of events, including the two-day residential National Conference.

I managed relationships with around 15 charity clients at this busy agency. I was responsible for effective delivery of marketing campaigns, from set-up through to review.

I provided comprehensive casework support to the immigration and asylum team. I was also an active member of the Centre's fundraising committee.

I managed the in-memoriam income stream, including events and all supporter communications. I also conceptualised and wrote copy for the membership magazine and the quarterly supporter newsletter.
