Charlotte is a leading educator, scientist, youth wellbeing program director and a passionate business leader.Bringing together charisma, passion and energy with a distinguished academic background and top-tier industry experience, Charlotte thrives in high-performing teams.Most recently, Charlotte has been working in the Professional Learning space, developing and running popular teacher education courses both online and in person. During the 2020 COVID lockdowns across Australia, she ran a webinar series for teachers to support them in the transition to remote learning. These webinars were broadcast live, weekly to over 1500 teachers across Australia. In addition to this, she has written and produced a number of excellent online and print resources for teachers, including several 300 page books. She is an excellent motivator and public speaker, commonly presenting to large audiences of both students and co-workers. Through her passion for youth mental wellbeing, she developed and implemented the student wellbeing program for a prestigious Melbourne private school where she has been recognised for her contribution to the student experience. Her initiative in this project highlights her strong interpersonal and leadership abilities as well as her passion for expanding an ever growing personal and professional skill-set. Charlotte’s growth mindset underpins her approach to new challenges.
