 Leading and delivering the brand strategy for Derwent globally through the development and syndication of best in class marketing communications, go to market plans, PR, sponsorship, advertising and events, working closely with central and regional marketing teams to execute.Areas of responsibility:• Developing brand strategies and robust value propositions• Inputting into the NPD roadmap • Executing consumer research• Writing the strategic marketing communications plan aligned with the Leadership Team • Establishing the brand guidelines and ensuring communication of these across the organisation 
• Levering consumer insight and market trends to evolve the Derwent brand positioning • Monitoring the market following competitors, new entrants, possibly threats and opportunities
• Executing brand activities/campaigns to raise brand awareness, drive trial and engagement with KPI reporting 
• Co-ordinating all PR, advertising, brand partnership and sponsorship activities, managing budgets and agencies, to deliver cut-through campaigns
