Coordinating, structuring and supporting large acquisitions and exits from a pre-signing stage of a new investment throughout the holding period to exit phase.Short summary of tasks include:- Coordinating set up of investment structures for the deals- Initial review of transaction documentation, arranging completion and execution (ELs, SPAs, ECLs, structure papers etc.)- Review of fund flows and management of bridge facilities- Coordination of FX and interest rate hedges with internal and external advisers- Analysis and proposal of certain fund activity (capital calls, distributions etc) as well as cash management - Support on fundraising projects including in relation to co-investment opportunities
