- Achats en showrooms (4 fois par an) des marques de maroquinerie. - Ventilation du budget annuel par saison et par marque (environ 40 marques par saison). - Négociations commerciales (forces de vente, remises, reprise de stock, budget marketing) afin d’établir les contrats annuels. - Suivi des livraisons et de l’implantation des collections sur les espaces permanents et éphémères (pop-ups).- Suivi des niveaux de stocks et des besoins de réassorts. - Présentation de la stratégie Marché N et N+1 au Comité de direction. - Proactivite sur l’implantation de nouvelles marques ainsi que sur les temps forts du Bon marché (soldes, TBM, fête des mères, Noël…).

As a Retail Merchandiser, my job was to develop a personalized and relevant offer in European stores, monitor sales performance and stocks, being constantly up to date on market and customer needs in order to maximize sales performance. Details of my missions: - Definition of the assortment of 8 stores (6 physical stores, 2 e-shops) respecting the Core offer and the specificities of the market to optimize the sales potential of the collections - Management and analysis of the resale of the seasonal collections and development of the permanent offer - Management of restocking, monitoring and optimization of stocks - Management of intra-zone and international transfers - Management of the timing of in-store deliveries in order to guarantee the complementarity of the delivered parts - Definition of the zoning with the Visual Merchandising team

- Daily management of the brand portfolio- Sales analysis, preparation and participation in showroom buying sessions - Follow-up of orders- Activity analyses and replenishment proposals - Coordination between the purchasing team and the departments (marketing, photo studio ..) - Coordination and organization of press days, lookbook shooting . Association which organizes in collaboration with the company DéserTours, the biggest European sporting event: The Raid 4L Trophy. As part of the Marketing department, I was in regular contact with the administrations to convince them to involve new students as well as to promote the Raid 4L Trophy. I was looking for Schools and University Campuses to set up events, and contacted new sponsors in order to create long term partnerships.
