Responsible for mapping, analysing and optimizing internal and external (business) processes at Quby, the daughter company of Eneco that develops the smart Toon thermostat. For the internal processes I focused on improving the cooperation and communication between our development teams and customer operations. The external ones were used to analyze process- and product flows between Quby and potentential 3PLs. Designed process flows for an open source ERP system and implemented it. Developed a roadmap and vision for Quby together with our Operations manager and Product manager.

Delivered technical support for Toon® (Eneco's smart thermostat) to both field mechanics and customers. Promoted to business process engineer at Quby after 3 months.

Provided solutions to customers (B2B) for complex technical questions about the TOPdesk software, which required creativity, great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a profound knowledge of how the software is build up and how it functions.
