As the marketing intern I was given the challenge of redesigning Roam's paper suite. I was also given side tasks such as a design for a new coffee sleeve, helpful infographics for guests, and brand guidelines redesign. As an intern at Roam I took self assessments and sat through leadership training to not only grow as a leader in the business world, but also as a person. Throughout the summer the interns visited different companies and sat down with Presidents, CEOs, and HR departments and studied the culture. This research went into a final internship project that was entitled "Get Better, Not Bigger." The final presentation was given to the leadership team at Roam as well as the internship team and was about how Roam can expand and grow while maintaining their unique culture.

Munford, Al

Responsibilities included running an activity with limited supervision from head counselors, maintaining a welcoming cabin atmosphere and tending to the needs of the campers. In addition, the hours were 247 for 12 weeks during the summer months. Senior Counselors were also required to attend daily meetings, run afternoon activities, and clean up of camp grounds.
