The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) is a unique court. Established in 2005, and currently led by the Hon. Mr. Justice Adrian Saunders, the CCJ functions as two courts in one. In its appellate jurisdiction it serves as a final court of appeal and in its original jurisdiction, it protects the rights of citizens of the 14 CARICOM states under the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas. The CCJ employs various technological and administrative approaches to provide high-quality justice, guaranteeing accessibility, fairness, efficiency and transparency.• Provide leadership to the managers and employees in the Public Education and Communication,Information Technology, Protocol and Information, and Library units.• Communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups and ensure the Court is perceivedfavourably and with increased confidence. Conceptualized the Court’s first public educationcampaign since 2007.• Responsible for the effective running of the information technology department and theintroduction of cost-effective solutions that are indicative of a technologically-savvy apex court.• Ensure that the privileges and immunities of the CCJ are observed and communication with government departments and agencies are proactive and appropriate in nature.

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) is the government organisation helping UK-based companies to sell their products and services overseas, and bringing high quality foreign direct investment to the UK. I represent Jamaica, the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands.• Managed relationships with over 300 UK companies and supported them with export opportunities, logistics support, networking, event management and market research in order to help them find success in the three markets I oversaw.• Responsible for creating and marketing opportunities in Jamaica, the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands. In financial year 2013/4, I was recognized for being among the top ten in the world in soliciting responses for business opportunities.• Completed training and exposure in numerous areas including security and defence, education, infrastructure, diplomacy and energy.• Conceptualized and implemented Jamaica’s first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) conference, which attracted over 180 participants, and was opened by the Prime Minister of Jamaica.• Promotion of the markets I covered as business locations to UK-based companies, including tradeshow representation, in-person presentations and digital strategies, such as, blogging andwebinars.
