• Being the main liaison between ODMs and HP/ ASUS for consumer products from NPI to MP which follow customer’s request and instruct internal orders to internal teams to allocate the stocks to the orders & customers. • Collaborate AIM productions / devices for AIM mobile for Advantech and Inventec, manage the imbedding and retail productions.• Worked in the Assembling and PCBA factory for the consumer devices of NB/DT/Thin Client & Docking. MP processing and trouble shutting for urgent demands. Temporally stay in Inventec Chongqing ICC factory for mass production supporting and worked with HP’s partners for rush requirements for end users in Y17. • Strategy buy and risky preparation by HP’s demand and harvest season. Monitor levels of supply while holding moderate inventory positions, and minimizing Excess and Obsolete. • Implemented the process of Site balance and RMA. Re-sale materials to ODMs and suppliers in gray markets. To re-allocate materials to other’s demand and make the market for great profits.• Communicate regularly between functional teams, ensuring that all groups are informed of gaps to supply.

Taiwan

• Charging of the development project for Jordan Brand - Men and kids’ shoes. Business trip for mass production for own projects in oversea factory in Vietnam during Y16 that supporting for the Jordan retro and NBA star’s brand.• Establish clear objective/ deliverable/ directs activities & effective communicate with internal/ external partners. Linking up for all peers for urgent requirements and build network between each function.• Able to manage the large project teams and known for high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. • Arranging the schedule for production and be a contact window between WHQ of Nike and offshore. Ensure the delivery of productions and services meet the performance metrics defined in scorecard.• Partner with Sales Operations, Supply Operations, Global capacity planning, Sourcing, Finance, Business Operations, and Business units to understand demand profiles, product life cycles, and business model strategies.
