My mission as an Operations Support Specialist is to provide our AFMO's,agents and clients with honest service to fit their needs. I help contract our on-boarding and existing agents through our major carriers, while maintaining commission levels, and assisting with internal and external transfers. I also help to provide our agents with access to our various marketing tools. Other Duties include:-Event Planning and Pegistration-Maintaining Client Policies-Scheduling Client Meetings in House-Manage Day to Day Office Opperations

At Numotion, my goal was to provide our patients and their families with the medical equipment needed to improve their loved ones quality of life.I worked alongside Medical Professionals, and our ATP's to ensure our customers received the highest quality service. Other duties would include:-Handling Confidential Medical Documentation- ICD-9/ICD-10 coding - Experience with Medicaid, Medicare,Aetna, Humana, BCBS, and Optima policies and procedures.
