As a Business Analyst at Changing The Present, I help the non-profit organization leverage data and analytics to optimize its fundraising and marketing strategies. I led a capstone project for MGBS Inc., a consulting firm, where I designed and developed a data-driven solution to improve the customer satisfaction and retention rates. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and certifications in Orientation and Information Technology from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I have a passion for data and market research, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. I have experience in managing large and complex datasets, conducting various types of analysis, and producing actionable reports. I am proficient in MS Excel, SQL, Figma, Visio, Tableau, Power BI, and Agile Project Management. I am also skilled in data modeling, analysis, and visualization, employing guided analytics, interactive design, and optimal visual practices for impactful data storytelling.
