Mr. Hall has over forty years of experience in the management and execution of energy independence and efficiency optimization. He has had both front and bottom line responsibility for the achievement, operations, and management of companies delivering to C/I, MUSH and Fed. ownerships the benefits of operational and expense control of energy. Mr. Hall was the CEO of a major SDVOSB ESCO serving both the Federal and C/I markets (Trifecta Industries). He was formerly the COO of the premier NYC ESCO and DSM company (Enersave). Mr. Hall has substantial experience in cogeneration and DER. He was the President of the US subsidiary of ENERG PLC as well as COO of a publicly traded US packaged power plant manufacturer (Cogenic). . Mr. Hall was also the Director of Engineering and Manager of Project Development for the power subsidiary of prominent international construction company (Turner) where he successfully developed, contracted, and completed numerous mid-size and large project sites as well as being on the national business development team including mergers and acquisition. Mr. Hall’s design experience includes managing principal of a mid-sized (35) mechanical/electrical engineering consulting engineering firm as well as being an account executive for preeminent HVAC manufacturer (Trane). Mr. Hall’s professional credentials include being a licensed professional engineer, AEE Certified Energy Manager, a USGBC LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP O&M (Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance) and GBI GPCP (Guiding Principles Compliance Professional for the Federal government). He is a Certified Multifamily Building Analyst/Multifamily Building Operator by BPI as well as being an Certified Green Professional (GPRO) in Fundamentals, O&M, & MEP.
