As a seasoned and passionate hospitality veteran and professional, I have always strived to accomplish one goal in this industry and that is to create a memorable experience in our guest' stay and to provide superior and excellent customer service. After 22 years in the industry, that goal has remained the same and my desire to fulfill it has never wavered. Beginning in 1995, where my first foray into the hospitality industry, was working in a call center for Travelodge hotels, to my latest role, I have experienced and worked in many areas of the industry. From PBX to Reservations, to Concierge and Front Desk to Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager to Guest Services Manager and Rooms Division Manager, to working in a call center for technical property support, to being a PMS trainer and then a PMS Sales Manager, I have learned and gained a wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience which has led me to my current position.As a pioneer and leader in the area of live forecasting, d2o, specializes in offering a fully customizable, live forecasting solution, that provides hotels with one collective, collaborative view of revenue, labor and food and beverage costs and provides each department manager visibility and accountability for managing costs to achieve theirs and ultimately, the hotel' goals.As a Director of Hotel Performance Management Improvement, I am tasked with developing business within the United States and introducing hoteliers to this truly visionary and bold and innovative approach to forecasting. While this platform is successfully and popularly used throughout Europe and beyond, it is my job to reach hoteliers stateside and prove to them that using our product will definitely eliminate wasteful and excessive spending and in the process, save them thousands upon thousands of dollars. My additional roles would include, training, implementation, support and ongoing and continuous monitoring of the hotels that are using the product.
