Current- Responsibility for monitoring the Service Desk system via Jira ticketing system.
- Promptly resolve tickets remotely via SCCM and on-site diagnostics.
- Responsible for running and maintaining mission critical system applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents relation to hardware, software and printers.
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance to users.
- Create processes/procedures for end user engagement.
