Current- Successfully enhanced team culture and contributed to organizational improvement by implementing standards for Trunk Based Development and Test Driven Development.- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 10 members, including product, design, front-end, back-end, full stack developers, devops engineer, and scrum master.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and priorities, ensuring alignment with company goals and product roadmaps.- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality services for internal development teams, driving organization wide improvements in efficiency and productivity.- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation.- Work closely with product and ux designer to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring a user-centered approach.- Drive agile methodologies and scrum practices, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high level of quality.- Implement best practices in software development, code review processes, and DevOps workflows to optimize team performance.- Collaborate with DevOps to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.- Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, providing regular updates on project status, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
